State-of-the-Art Equestrian Facility Protected
March 3, 2022
It’s been over two years since Jason and Ashley Roberts first worked with Colorado River Land Trust to protect Windemere Farms, their scenic and historical 210-acre property in Hays County. And last month, the Roberts family conserved an additional 84-acres of Windemere Farms, adding to an existing network of beautiful, protected land near the headwaters of the San Marcos River.
Windemere Farms, located along the banks of Sink Creek near the city of San Marcos, is a pristine equestrian boarding and training facility with rolling pastures and scenic woodlands and agricultural roots that run deep in the soil. When Jason Roberts and his family purchased the property, they knew it would offer the family exactly what they needed—an ideal location to open their state-of-the-art equestrian facility and a beautiful setting to raise a family.
Now, thanks to the vision and commitment by the Roberts family, a special piece of the Texas Hill Country is protected forever.
