Jeff Crosby, Executive Director

Jeff Crosby joined the Colorado River Land Trust in June 2015 as its first full-time executive director. Previously, he served as executive director of the Guadalupe-Blanco River Trust in Seguin. Jeff also worked for Land Legacy, a land conservation group in Oklahoma. While with Land Legacy, he developed and implemented drinking water protection programs, administered the Fort Sill Army Compatible Use Buffer Program and the Tinker Air Force Base Readiness and Environmental Protection Program. Jeff has worked with private landowners to protect more than 18,000 acres of farm and ranch land, wildlife habitat and other critical open space. Jeff serves on the Board of Directors of the Compatible Lands Foundation. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a bachelor's degree in environmental design. In his free time, Jeff enjoys mountain biking on various trails across Texas and playing basketball with his son.

Rob Stroup, Conservation Director

Rob Stroup, Conservation Director

Born and raised in Austin, Rob Stroup has been part of the Colorado River Land Trust since its inception in 2012. He attended Texas State University after a four-year career serving his country in the United States Marine Corps. He became a licensed real estate agent, embarking on a successful career selling farm and ranch properties in South and Central Texas, and also working as a hunting guide on ranches throughout the state. Being able to spend time outdoors, working with landowners and doing a job you truly love is the perfect fit for someone with Rob's background.

Lauren Rozelle, Marketing Coordinator

Lauren Rozelle serves as the marketing coordinator for the Colorado River Land Trust. She grew up in Brady, Texas, and was actively involved in her community by participating in various extracurricular organizations. Since graduating from Texas Tech University in 2011 with a degree in public relations, Lauren has worked in the legal and construction industries providing business development and marketing services. She currently works for Lower Colorado River Authority in marketing. Lauren enjoys shopping, tasting Texas wines and exploring different parks across the Hill Country with her dog, Roxy.

Lauren Kelley, Event Coordinator

Lauren helps plan and coordinate logistics for many of the CRLT’s workshops, meetings and fundraising events. She also assists on a variety of special projects that the organization undertakes. Lauren loves the outdoors, Texas land and working for a cause she believes in, so she considers it a true pleasure to be a part of the CRLT team. Lauren is on the LCRA Meeting Services team and works part time to support the Colorado River Land Trust. Lauren graduated from Texas A&M University in 2012 with a degree in Telecommunication Media Studies and a minor in Anthropology.

Tamara Rhodes, Business Coordinator

Tamara joined the Colorado River Land Trust in July 2016 providing accounting and business services. After working with LCRA Parks for 17 years, Tamara is proud to be a part of an organization working with landowners to conserve and protect land and water resources in Texas. She graduated magna cum laude from Texas State University.
